I really didn't know what to expect with the price point, but it works! No need to connect to bluetooth or wifi, it works with the remote alone, which is great because I don't want more things connected to my network if I can help it. The remote gives you plenty of options. The coolest part is that it has 4 different settings for sound activated lights. So when playing tunes or any sound that is close to the controller, it will change color based on the setting you use via the remote control. Its a fun way to light up the room. I use it for ambience and gives a nice glow whether lights are on or off.The LED lights are well spaced and the glow it provides is decently consistent, if you really focus, you can see the space between the LED's so its not 100% fluid in terms of color spread, there is a faint pattern of where the LED's are. So it looks like LED____LED____LED. I don't have any other brand of LED rope to test against, but again, its faint and most won't care or notice, but wanted to note it.It comes with hardware to mount to the wall via screws and brackets and/or tape. But the one thing that i wasn't expecting is the height of this thing. It protrudes out from the wall about 3/4inch (see pic). So if you are looking for something that doesn't protrude from the wall or provides color from all sides, this ain't it.Lastly, the controller has a second empty slot. So if you want to connect another rope to it you can, just understand you have to connect at the start of the rope where the first rope plugs in, you CANT plug into the end of the first rope.But that said, it works for my use case and so the value for what you get is outstanding. 5/5

These are vibrant and beautiful and adds a touch of style to any environment.Great features:Waterproof. Allows you to put these rope lights virtually anywhere outside. Just make sure that the power supply block is covered!Flexible. You can twist and turn them however you like and they won't break or crack. You can even twist them into different designs such as flowers, shapes and even words in cursive writing!Vibrant Color. These really do have a beautiful glow and you can change the color to any color imaginable!Dimmable. You can adjust brightness of all the millions of colors.There's so much more great features that you can see for yourself when you purchase these!

Love the end result! Lights look great and color selection is vast, however, installation was the biggest pain in the butt! The adhesive tape was straight from hell and didn’t want to unravel seamlessly, the little clips work alright, but I wanted adhesive. There was also not enough length of tape for the light strip so if you plan to stick lights up, I suggest alternative sticky tape. Also, the apps required are third party and it seems like a subscription is needed, that’s dumb. But other than those things the lights are perfect and overall I’m happy.
