Great little sauna. I was skeptical given the cost and size listed. But it works fine and my wife and I can sit in it together without me dripping sweat all over her. She says that’s a bonus for her. It’s not a large area to spread out or lay down but enough room to chill out for 15-30 minutes. Our basement is around 55-60° in the winter so it takes about 30-40 minutes to get up to 149°. We jump in around 130ish and it heats up in 5-10. It’s a starter sauna for us to see if we want to build a big Finnish sauna out back. Definitely would like more room to stretch out but we still love having it right in our basement.The company customer service is fantastic too. When ours arrived we opened one of the 3 very large boxes and the glass door was smashed to tiny pieces. Of course Amazon was almost worthless. They said only option was to pack it all up and return it. The trucking company ( that more than likely broke it) didn’t mark it as delivered because I reported it. Only needed a piece of flat glass. Figured I’d try to message the manufacturer. Prepped my self for a call or email to some province in china. Turns out the company is in the US and real people handled it. They apologized up and down and got another one right out. They sent a whole new front wall with a back wall heater and new controller. Unfortunately the trucking company smashed that one too. So they sent another and a free backrest for all of our trouble and maintained intact the whole time. That’s what I call good old fashioned customer service especially since this was almost out of their control. I put 20% on the manufacturer because the packing was pretty light for a box with a flat piece of glass shipped horizontally but the trucking company was obviously too rough on it. I see it all the time. I would no doubt use this company again. Very happy with our purchase.

Absolutely 5 stars. I'd give it more if available. Delivery was flawless, setup was way easier than I expected and the finished product is amazing. If you spend $5-11k on a sauna when this is available, your foolish. Highly recommend.I was nervous buying a "budget sauna" that had to be shipped across the country to me, but the process was seamless. The delivery company kept me in the loop at all times, the packages were delivered without damage. My son and I were able to set it up in under an hour. And the finished product is amazing.

I am very satisfied with the sauna: it sits confortably 2/3 persons, it reach a good temperature in a short time, it is a real pleasure to enjoy. It is very nice nice add-on to my garden

This was a valuable purchase. My doctor says that the infrared sauna is safe for me, with my cardiovascular disease. Apparently the steam saunas are contraindicated for me. I thought I'd get bored during the sauna. But with the glass door, I can watch a movie and take a sauna at the same time. The construction is elegant, and the small size is perfect for apartment dwellers.

seems sturdy despite the lack of assembly required. Ive used it ten times now, works as advertised. Had a damaged box and it was replaced extremely fast, the sellers are good at responding to any issues. Would highly recommend to others.

Arrived quickly. Was packaged very well. Easy assembly.Heats up pretty quickly, very even heat. The controls are nice and clear, the speakers aren’t Bose…but they’re good enough and easy to connect.So far I’m very happy with this thing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a moderately priced IR sauna

Changing my review because of the customer service and providing a full refund.Faulty construction. The item interior wall was received damaged, and one of the screws was stripped. The top item had 2 screws missing. Additionally, the glass door does not seat properly, so cool air comes in. The item was assembled per the instructions. I do not recommend this item, as I'm still bantering back and forth with the company to get the item returned so I can get a full refund.
