Very nice beats having to go to the gym and save on money just started using it I'll come back with more results about this item if there's any flaws or works perfectly. Easy assembly when putting it together and it does come with a travel bag so that's very convenient to stoe away when I'm not using it. I love to stay fit and hope for great results from this item.

Perfect for a preteen that is looking to get into shape. The product is sturdy and I love that it has the different spots that you can cater your workout to.

I bought this for my husband. He loves it. It is making him work on areas he didn't usually work out. I plan on using it myself.

I bought this to get some range of motion with resistance. I use it 2-3 times a week; overall, it does what I expected. My first disappointment was the fact that it was a pain to change from just a bar to the one with rollers. I use it both ways, and going back and forth is a time consumer that interrupts the workout. I wished they offered just a bar to add to the set. The other disappointment was the resistance bands seemed light, and the only ones that gave me much resistance were the 40lb ones. The other two (20 and 30lb) haven't been touched.But now, after a few months of limited use, the first stretch band broke. I was doing a normal lift, and one band broke. It is unrepairable and renders the entire package unusable. I am a small, over 60 man, and I shouldn't be able to break a band this fast and this easy. The only thing it offers me now is to use it for push-ups. I could have bought something for 1/3 the price that does that. If you want something that lasts, look elsewhere.

Bought for my 16 yr old athlete. He’s good but scrawny. He loves it and surprisingly, so does his super fit mom. Easy to use and put away.

I’ve had the original for years now so I thought I’d upgrade to get a new one with the attachments and ab roller. I can’t say enough how this is not an improvement. The handles stick in the slots so you can’t move from push up to push up with out stopping resetting the handles then getting back into a push up position. The bands have to much slack in them to allow for good curls of any kind. Switch from bands to bands in cumbersome at best due to the pin you hook to being so low. They should make a bigger slot or move the pin higher. This machine wasted more time switching in and out of things you need than providing a good work out. I will be returning this and going back to my original push up one. DO NOT BUY IF YOU ARE NOT A BEGINNER!!!
