The set has very nice shape especially the spoons. And the quantity is good. I bought another set after trying the first one because I need it for 12 people.

I wanted slightly fatter handles but these were okay. The quality is good. The steak knives are excellent.

PACKAGING: Dedicated marketing box.PRODUCT: 30 piece stainless steel cutlery set.FUNCTION: This came very well packaged, with two further internal boxes inside the marketing box. The forks, spoons and teaspoons were secured in bubble wrap in one box, while the knives and steak knives were in the other box. Each item was also wrapped in a clear plastic sleeve.The knives, forks and spoons have a good weight to them and are smooth, polished stainless steel. They feel very comfortable in the hand although they are far longer than I am used to. They do appear to be a quality item. The steak knives come with protective cardboard sleeves. They are very sharp. The handles look wooden but are in fact made from POM (engineered thermoplastic) and are very light in weight. After the first wash these have come up very well and have not suffered from any water staining, but this is just a light wash because they've been in transit. I do not own a dishwasher, so washing was by hand.At the time of this review the 30 piece cutlery set was £15.99, which I think is reasonable and I would recommend.

Dislike - No soup spoons.

This is a good quality cutlery set. Whilst packaged in a no-frills way, all the set is made from what feels to be good quality metal. The steak knives have a very sharp serrated edge which is saw-like and will take some serious abuse before they will dull.In fact the only negative is with the handles of the steak knives as it is obviously manufactured to look like traditional wooden design, but is in fact a lightweight polyoxymethylene plastic (POM) which is a type of thermoplastic. Some grades of POM are approved for food use but there’s no way to tell if this type is. Given the quality of the business end is still good and the handle doesn’t usually come into contact with food, I still rate them full marks.

Simple and does the job.
