What are the ingredients and where is it made?

This product is made in Belize. The ingredients they list are: habanero pepper, vinegar, fresh carrots, salt, onions, lime juice and garlic. I am a huge hot sauce fan and Marie Sharp's is top notch. This sauce knocked all my favorites down a few pegs.

What is the Scoville rating?

I'm not familiar with scoville ratings. This sauce however, has a nice kick and a great flavor. We've used it for several years and will continue to do so.

is it two 5oz or 10oz bottles?

I got 4-5 oz bottles. I thought it would be 2 5 oz bottles equaling 10oz. Good thing the hubby loves this stuff lol

I know it says, refrigerate after opening, but does it really need to be? Prefer my hot sauce not to be cold.

We refrigerate ours because there are no preservatives. When we visited Belize, it was on the restaurant tables in a very warm atmosphere. Because of your question, we may stop refrigerating. We prefer our condiments, ketchup, room temp. I highly recommend Marie’s. It is fabulous.
