No, these are definitely NOT micro tip. I have the Uniball Micro Deluxe as well as some 0.5 and 0.7 pens. The Air pens are listed as 0.7 on the box I received and they write a very wide line compared to the Micro pens I have. These write very smoothly, but the ink takes a loooooong time to dry on most paper. I only use them occasionally. If you are left handed, without doubt, don't buy these.
