Warranty Start Date Issue – Request for Correction
Why did you pick this product vs others?:I recently purchased a used laptop from your company on June 21, 2025. However, I noticed that the warranty period is listed as starting from August 23, 2024 and ending on October 21, 2025.This does not make sense, as the warranty should start from the purchase date, not from before I even bought the laptop. It is unfair that part of my warranty has already been used before I received the device.I kindly request that you update the warranty to start from June 23, 2025, so I can receive the full coverage I paid for. Please confirm when this correction has been made.
