This dehydrator is fantastic I wanted to upgrade from my crappy plastic stacking dehydrator so I thought I would splurge. Some of the racks fit a little bit tight but it's not game breaking and it includes a silicone liner for every rack which is phenomenal. I primarily dry herbs and greens so can't say how it works with some thicker items but it works fantastic for what I've done so far.

Does a great job love it

This upgraded my food prep routine, I bought this at the beginning to make homemade jerky and some dried fruit but now I am using this almost daily, the space is great I chose the 14 trays and they let me prep huge batches at once which has been great so far. I have dried many many things and all came out great but I have my preferences on fruits and jerky. This didn't feel cheap and its actually made from steel which I thought it was plastic but no, it was pretty simple to clean I just put the trays into the dishwasher and that is it, I wipe the insides and that's it not much problem to be honest. I prepare most of my food on the weekends and use it throughout the week that's why I say its great for my meal preps.

We are long time dehydrating people. Just look at us, we are dehydrated, no not really.We looked at a lot of machines and the price points, since we did not want to spend a lot right away due to our long hiatus from Dehydrating. The YYASHE Dehydrator had all the items we had discussed prior to looking for a machine. The Yasha fit all the points we were looking for.Size of trays, type of trays, watts of power, ease of use, and looks good in the room, timer, auto off, temperature, and dual fans.We have so far used it for Banana's, Apples, Strawberries (real tasty especially for cereal), Persimmons, and next Fruit leather and my favorite Pineapples. We have a long list to go.With the higher temperature available I am able to crisp the fruit which is great for some fruit.I should mention that the Yashee Food Dehydrator will heat as high as 165 degrees and for up to 72 hours. I cannot think of anything that would need more than that.The unit comes with several silicone sheets for fruit leather and screens for nonstick dehydrating.The photo shows the Yashe Dehydrator in action with the interior lights on and the fans working. It took about a night to make perfect dried chicken for my dog, actually great for human too! Getting something like dried chicken is so expensive but the machine produces a lot each time. I can get the super dried ones and somewhat chewy ones, works great with different options.

This works very well I love it and use it every month

This thing is absolutely amazing. I'm on a carnivore diet so I make a ton of Jerry at once in this thing and my wife is a vegetarian so we make all sorts of fruit leather. This is the best dehydrator I've ever used.
