Good Simple Yoyo
I was looking for a fun yo-yo to get me back into it. There is a wide range of choices, but this one seemed fun because it glowed in the dark, but you really need to 'charge' it with light for it actually be visible in the dark and it doesn't last super long.I recommend this for beginners and intermediate yoyo'ers. It sleeps for a decent amount of time, its super quiet and the carrying case it comes with and loads of strings is super nice. For the price I can't complain, it does everything I want it to do.

Funky 1st yoyo
Still a total noob at yoyo'ing (if that's a word)...This came in a very nice box, with a protective zipper case, super easy to set up, also comes with interchangeable bearings, which truly does make it a dual function yoyo...for the money it's a bargain, just need to practice my throws

Great to do alone or teach kids and learn tricks together.
Great little yo-yo. Very pretty to look at and really cool that it glows in the dark when charged with a light source. It’s great for beginners to start learning little tricks and has a few different colours of threads to change it up. It also comes in a handy pretty cool little case to store in.It’s a good weight and it has a little trick sheet to help learn some tricks. I love that you can advance with it also as you learn more skills with it. Really great to do alone, poo in your pocket and play it outside or bring it alone to keep kids entertained. A great little pass time for parents and children to also learn together.Would definitely recommend.

Good yoyo for beginners
The K2 is a great yoyo for beginners who are looking to learn and practice a wide variety of tricks. It mounts a responsive axle as standard, and also includes non-responsive bearings so that users can progress to more advanced tricks when they are a ready, and freely swap between the two.The plastic has enough heft without being cumbersome, and a good shape for a variety of tricks. The build quality is pretty good - the responsive bearings have a nice balance between sleeping and returning; the strings are a bit springy initially but quickly wear in to a comfortable level of tautness. The carry case neatly holds the replacement axle, tool to replace the axle, and spare strings as well as the yoyo itself, which is nicely convenient.

This thing can hurt
Feels like a brick when it's on the way up. It has a good spin but it's heavy so be careful.

Apparently an epic yoyo (niece, 8)
I picked this up thinking it’d be a bit of a laugh to show my nephew some old-school yoyo tricks, and honestly, it’s a cracking little starter. Out of the box it’s set up as a responsive yoyo, which means it zips back to your hand with a tug – ideal for beginners who are still getting the hang of it. It feels lightweight but not cheap, and the glow-in-the-dark bit actually works surprisingly well after a blast under a lamp. I gave it a go myself (badly) and it’s smooth enough that even my wonky old attempts at “around the world” didn’t end up with it flying across the room. There’s also a bearing included if you want to swap it over to unresponsive later on for fancier tricks, but we’re definitely not there yet. Pink and orange wouldn’t usually be my first choice but it’s bright and cheerful, and my niece thought it looked “epic,” which is apparently the highest praise. Good fun and decent quality for the price.
