Wish they didn't use red dye
Overall these are great, they mix in well and have good flavor, though no one really liked the apple. These are great for really hot day outings and we always keep a few in the car. I like that they are for kids cause I worry about the sports ones we usually but and if they aren't to be used by children. The thing I really did not like is the use of red dye since one of my girls has a red dye allergy.

Dehydration Relief
Flavors are unremarkable and seem a secondary concern to dehydration relief. Not something you'd naturally crave. Far too much plastic and paper waste per pack. Decent variety but little else.

Could be better...
Alright. I received this product about a month ago, and I wanted to give this the proper time to actually see how I felt about it - seeing as at the time, the only review on this product was someone complaining about it containing artificial sweeteners (sucralose) and dyes (red 40, blue 1).I know these ingredients are controversial (despite no clear replicable evidence of them actually being dangerous, and the nearly 20 year old study that suggested dyes may cause/exacerbate hyperactivity in children has long since been re-evaluated and dismissed), but leaving a scathing review of a product just because they have these ingredients is unfair and doesn't actually give an assessment of the product itself. I know that there is a lot of fake news being spread on social media about the legality of these ingredients, especially Red 40, in the EU, but they aren't actually banned despite common misconception. Part of the reason why you don't see Red 40 pop up on ingredient lists of EU products is because they have different labeling guidelines for dyes over there, with Red 40 labeled as E129.Rant over. I'm reviewing this product solely based on taste, dissolvability in water, and how much I think a child would actually enjoy this... and on those grounds, there needs to be improvement.Apple - 3/10Did not like the taste of this. Has a strange green-apple flavor with a bad aftertaste. Was hoping for a more apple juice flavor, which I personally think would be a more appealing flavor to a young child - which is what's important with an electrolyte mix, since the main need for this is sick children... and kids as we know are stubborn, and will choose to be dehydrated over consuming something they don't enjoy. There also is a never-ending film of... something at the top of the water when you mix this. Very unappetizing. None of the other flavors do this.Strawberry - 7/10Did like this flavor. Strangely enough, this has a more apple like hint of flavor to it than the actual apple flavor... they should take this flavor and modify it as a replacement for the apple flavor. I feel like a child wouldn't have any issue consuming this. Has a nice color to it. Dissolved without any film or grit to it. Very similar to pedialyte. Keep this flavor the same.Grape - 2/10Couldn't finish. Just... this isn't grape. Not grape at all. Had more of a coconut water flavor to it... I can't see a child being enthusiastic about drinking this. Not much else to say, please go back to the drawing board with this one.Other than the flavor, I have to say that these are strangely over-packaged. I'm wondering if this whole thing was meant to function as a in-store display, and each box meant to be sold individually? Either way, I feel like the plastic for the two individual mixes inside each box is unnecessary and wasteful.Overall, a lot here that can be improved. GuruNanda, please listen and take notes.

Love these, taste great.
These are really good and don't taste salty like some other hydration packets. Easy to take with you in your pocket or purse.I can tell I'm no longer dehydrated with just one packet a day.

Ok hydration packs for kids
I’m a little unsure of some of the claims that this product makes. While the website and the front of the box both describe it as a hydrating travel friendly electrolyte replacement drink, the back of the box has directions that state “ start with small frequent sips” and “to use as needed while symptoms persist” and “use under medical supervision” (in all capital letters mind you). So it’s a little confusing, is this something my child can drink regularly like after sporting events or only when they are very sick and with medical supervision. Another thing I don’t care for is the dyes, especially with it being for kids. The flavors are ok and my kids liked them all and they dissolve really well and we didn’t notice any weird aftertaste. Finally, the packaging is overkill in my opinion. Two per box, means 24 boxes to get 48 pouches. Overall, this is an alright product but could use some clarification.

Good quality
These packs of kids electrolyte drink packets is great for on the go outdoor activities. The flavors are good and the kids love them and the variety you get with this pack is also good. The packs are easy to open and use and easily stored away. I recommend this product for the price.

Just Okay and Lacking in some Areas
This is a review for GuruNanda Kids Hydramate Electrolyte Powder for Dehydration Relief - No Added Sweeteners, Non-GMO, Grape, Strawberry & Apple Flavor - 48 CountMy kids were brought up on water only until about age 3 then as we went to restaurants we let them have 1/2 mix juices mixed with water, Gatorade for sporting events and Capri Sun's my kids love Kool-Aid mix of the sugar free variety (Wife and I both Diabetic) and now they both are 7 and 9 and neither of them like soft drinks at all. In fact I accidentally refilled their juice from a take out the other day and they spit it out and I had to go refill it again (Hi-C vs Fanta Zero 😂)These don't compare to Gatorade and the flavors are mild to watered down. One thing that irritated both my wife and I was they came hard like they had gotten wet and dried so we ended up throwing most of them out because they wouldn't break up into powder.
