For the price, you can't beat this otoscope. It's easy to set up. Just download the app, plug it into your phone and that's it! No setup required. The video quality is better than I expected. The spoon and cotton tips are somewhat useless (the cotton tips can be dangerous) but I'm ok with not using those.

This thing is awesome, I am able to check my ears especially since I had a busted ear drum as a kid.My daughter has serious ear infections that her doc isn't really taking care of, But this time she took the pics of her ears to him and he gave her better medicine.With this we found out she has two serious ear infectionsThese pix are of my daughters ears, she could barely hear and now starting to hear better.The total white pic is the serious ear infection.

The video shows that the plug is convertible to the older and newer iPhones. It is not. The video should be removed. I bought this one, because I thought the plug would work with my iPhone SE, but it doesn't. Going with a wifi version would have been more flexible, but I was concerned about needing the otoscope somewhere that wifi isn't available.

So easy to plug and play. This saved me time and money by being able to take pictures of my eardrum and email my doctor rather than having to make an appointment and go in.

Didn't even get to try the item. It appears to require an app that needs a frankly absurd amount of access to your phone. It didn't even work with a laptop, which should treat it like a webcam.All in all, went for this one because it was wired specifically to avoid having to use dodgy apps to run a camera.

I just received my otoscope camera in the mail.I am amazed at how easy it was to set up. Just open the app and plug it to your phone. It's literally that easy. The picture is so clean and clear. I am a nurse and use an otoscope regularly. This product is so much clearer than the very expensive professional grade otoscopes at work. I would 100 % recommend this product. I absolutely LOVE IT !!
