This chair comes well packaged -- be forewarned -- it is heavier than it looks in the box. However, it looks great, is very comfortable -- firm, but supportive and not so hard you don't want to sit in it -- and is easy to move around once it's out and puffed up. However, it does have a pretty strong off-gassing odor upon opening that took several hours -- close to a day -- to dissipate. Definitely worth it so far though!

Super comfy— a lot comfier and softer than the real Togo couches I’ve sat on. I will say the leather did come very wrinkled but there are instructions to get the wrinkles out (I’ve just been lazy). Highly recommend!

Well Made, Fluffed up in around 8-10 hours, firm but not hard, the filling bounces right back, and with a 6 hour gaming session the lumbar support is decent! It was east to get setup as well. All that said, it looks amazing in the room it's in and the kids love it.

This chair is giving designer vibes without the price tag. The faux leather looks way more expensive than it is, and it’s actually super comfortable. Great support, holds its shape, and makes my room feel put together. Total dupe for those high-end lounge chairs I keep seeing online. Definitely recommend if you want something stylish and cozy without spending a fortune.

I was very disappointed with this sofa. The wrinkling of the faux leather is a minor issue — the real problem is that the memory foam inside is not evenly distributed. After inflating, one side is noticeably higher than the other, and when you lie down, you can clearly feel the imbalance, especially under your head. It’s quite uncomfortable.Another issue is the foam is way too soft. I also purchased a similar style sofa from another seller (not faux leather, which unfortunately doesn’t work well in Arizona heat), and that one is much firmer with better back and lumbar support. This one just sinks too much — no support at all.A word of warning: once you inflate it, returning it is a hassle. You’ll need to buy bubble wrap and a large box to send it back. So make sure to read the reviews carefully and think it through before placing your order.Update: although the product is not what I expected, the service is really good! Thanks for their help!

Wish I ordered this years ago, way better quality than I expected n very comfy not sure why it’s called a bean bag cuz it seems like foam

I ordered two of these beanbag chairs and what a nightmare. They arrived vacuum sealed on May 8th, and they STILL haven’t fully shaped up. One chair barely fluffed out at all—it feels like I’m sitting directly on the floor. Zero firmness, even though these are supposed to be identical. The other one is slightly better, but still has one droopy, deformed side.To make matters worse, the foam in each chair feels completely different—one is soft and saggy, the other slightly firmer. There’s absolutely no consistency in quality. On top of that, the chairs came extremely wrinkled, and it’s nearly impossible to fix. Ironing is a pain and could actually damage the fabric. Who ships something like this and expects customers to fix it themselves?I tried to contact the seller—they only list a phone number and no one picks up. I even asked Amazon to have the seller reach out via email. Still nothing. Zero customer service.Amazon told me I could return them only if I ship them back, but after expanding, these chairs are huge and bulky—it’s a nightmare to repackage. Returning them is a massive hassle I shouldn’t have to deal with for a defective product.Bottom line: Save your money. Poor quality, no accountability, and a frustrating return policy. I’m extremely disappointed and wouldn’t recommend these to anyone!

This product gave me disappointment because it’s not like what it looks in the image. Not even puffy like it’s described. And the color is not yellow what I ordered. It’s seems caramel color and also the wrinkle on it not still disappearing. I waited a while to see if it’s gets shiny and silky like the image. Not satisfied.
