Reduced redness
On the same day I bought this, I bought razors. I used the razors to shave the hair on my hand, just to test the razors and I received redness, dryness and irritation. I then put on the Panthenol cream, and it instantly reduced the redness and dryness.

Great! But not for dry skin
Amazing for those prone to fungal acne!!!! It's hydrating and gives a glory finish without the greasy feeling. However, I'm not sure how moisturising it really is, so I don't think I'd recommend for those with dry skin
