I recently purchased some adjustable desks and wanted some floor coverings that would protect my hardwood floor. However, I didn’t want the type that you peel and stick to the floor. These are perfect. For my little open pocket office space, we ordered two boxes and had 4 tiles left. You get one adhesive sheet of stickers, that you attach to the corners of the tiles. Even if you decided not to use the stickers, the tiles have non-skid backs…so they seemed to be very sturdy on the floor. One I start walking and using my chair in the space, I will be able to see if the tiles are truly durable.

This is a very nice set of carpet tiles. It's very simple to place on the floor. I used this for my bathroom flooring and it was very simple and easy to do it. My 14-year-old set it all up for me and then I just went with a razor and fixed the sides. It is very easy to cut and place effectively to fit my entire floor. I did notice that the tiles would slide through with walking if not placed from one end to another. It would only slide like a fourth of an inch. I placed carpet tape underneath which didn't come with the tiles but it really helped with the sliding. I only placed the carpet tape on the end area where it had no corner to end with. It looks very nice and is very easy to vacuum or broom. It's soft to the touch of my feet and it is great for my kids who always get water everywhere.I like that if I wanted to clean them I could just pick them up wash and clean and place them back.

We have a small lookout space on our 3rd floor that we've been trying to decide what to do about the floor. This box of carpet tiles covers 28sf, which will work for our space, with painted floor surrounding the outside of the carpet. It's definitely a commercial style but it looks nice when used in alternate directions for an almost herringbone effect. The adhesive is effective, it's easy enough to cut with a utility knife, and it's a good weight, not being too thin. Between the quality and the convenience, this is a good price too. Five stars.
