This little gadget is a lifesaver for rainy days. It’s accurate, easy to set up, and really improves my putting consistency. Great for all levels of golfers looking to sharpen their game at home.

I bought this use indoors. I don't typically use it as intended (putting it on my putter) but rather attached it to an overhead light, so that it projects a straight line on the floor. Even from a height of 8 feet, the line is very sharp and bright (indoors.) The line was so sharp and bright that I thought it might also work outdoors, but when I tested it on a sunny day, the line was very faint.I did briefly use it on the putter in intermittent mode; I press the button, the laser comes on, I align the putter head with the target point, after ten seconds the light goes out, and then I putt.Lately, I often use it while just holding it in my hand to project a straight line on the floor just long enough to set up (align) my practice area with some putting gates that I bought.

I bought two of these training aids they work great!

Bought this to use in my basement with my putting mat. Was really struggling on the course with the putter and after using this for just a few minutes I realized my set up was a little off. I even used this before an early morning round on the practice green and the laser worked perfectly. Won't solve all of your problems but I think this is worth the money.

I get it, you like the idea of an aid to help line up putts, this isn't the one you want.

Laser line is approx 38" long ..great for 3 ft practice putts ..not much good for any other length putt in my opinion ...certainly ,about useless for any putt with a curve to it . Also uses LR44 / 3pak battery....You wont find these @ anywhere's ...when they go dead !!! ( online only ? ) ..Also depending on putter shaft diameter, unit might not sit where you want it.
