Don’t hesitate to buy!! Treat yourself!
This game is good, it has a great realistic looking graphics. The game mechanics are good too. The storyline is good and detailed. I would not pay over $50 dollars for this game. The game easily pays for itself the game map is huge. This game will give at least two or three hundred hours of gameplay without buying any dlc.

Game is FIRE
Game is so fire, im about 50 hours in at the moment and man this game is good. The story is awesome and paced well, they are building the characters nicely, and the environment is breathtaking. For such a huge game there is very little copy and paste going on here. I will say the hills and terrain could be kind of annoying when you are trying to transverse them but its a minor hiccup to the exploration. Both characters play so different it really has you putting thought on how you want to approach situations and scenarios. Plenty to do and see with this one, i kinda regret buying this for the full $70 when stuff like ubisoft + exist but no matter, it is worth it so far with 50 more hours to go!

Give them their (ray-traced) flowers
Gamers tend to pile-on certain developers, and it’s well documented that Ubisoft is one of their favorite targets. It’s not completely without warrant - the studio has had its share of controversy over the years, and has had some rough patches - but it’s important to give them credit when it’s due. One shining light in Ubisoft’s portfolio has persisted (mostly), and that’s the Assassin’s Creed brand. This is no exception. In fact, it is their best work in a while!OPEN WORLD:I was a huge fan of Sucker Punch’s game Ghost of Tsushima, and was curious how I’d feel about this game given the natural comparison. Both have similar settings (a large area of feudal Japan), but take place centuries apart. Architecture has evolved, and the world feels more populated in AC Shadows. There are points of interest and activities just about anywhere you go, and plenty of quests to keep you busy- or should I say distracted? I regularly would go off my intended route to take on a castle and lose track of time. The game does not do a great job of differentiating between main story quests and side quests, so expect to take your time getting through the story if you don’t have a guide. I this world, that’s not the worst thing. One negative thing I have noticed is that the foliage can sometimes be so thick in forests that I can’t even see my own character. This is a small gripe though.COMBAT:There are many ways to customize your fighting style between two major characters (who you can usually switch between at will), with very different styles. They each have a nice assortment of weapons as well.Naoe is stealthy, light, fast, and can use grappling hooks she also has Eagle Vision to easily spot enemies and plan attacks accordingly.Yasuke is like a truck, and about as graceful as one. He uses brute strength to smash through barriers and whoever is unfortunate enough to challenge him. These two have their own moments to shine and be of preference, but when presented with the choice of who to play as, I found myself going back to Naoe 9 times out of 10. She’s just much more fun to play as, in my opinion.PS5 PRO:The open world is vast, rich, and beautiful. I’ve attached some screenshots captured via the Quality mode on the PlayStation 5 Pro. While Quality mode currently supports 30fps, it’s a very smooth framerate. It’s the first time I’ve willingly played a game at 30fps in a long time, but the expanded ray tracing elements were too beautiful to pass up. Developers have reported that PSSR upscaling will be added soon as well.I recommend checking this game out and having some fun. It’s an incredible setting depicted beautifully, with many hours of blissful samurai-ing.

Amazing game and graphics!
I love this game! The landscaping and graphics are really impressive, and overall, it’s an amazing experience. I only wish it had more of the brotherhood from the original Assassin's Creed, but aside from that, it’s outstanding. In terms of visuals and atmosphere, I’d even compare it to Ronin.

Good but disjointed story
Solid gameplay, incredible graphics, but story is disjointed and my 10000 kill targets all feel disconnected and the same

Great as a gift and to relax, amazing graphics!
It was a gift for my bf, it's been a couple of months and he totally loves it. We are both obsessed with the franchised so we are probably biased. I've seen the graphics and they are insane. My favorite is Odyssey but this one takes the cake in the scenes and just how well made it was done. I can't speak for the story but my bf says the best part is the graphics, he plays it randomly every now and then to relax.

Awesome game
Assassin's Creed Shadows - Limited Edition is a stunning addition to the franchise, delivering an immersive feudal Japan adventure. The breathtaking open-world visuals, with dynamic seasons and vibrant landscapes, make exploration a joy. Naoe’s slick stealth and Yasuke’s powerful combat create a perfect balance, while the gripping story keeps you hooked. The Limited Edition’s exclusive cosmetics and extras, like the Sekiryu Dual Pack, add flair to an already epic experience. A must-play for AC fans
