I was worried about receiving my plant in good condition since Costa Farms is in Florida and I'm in Wisconsin. Once my ponytail palm was shipped, I received it within a few days, and it is beautiful! My plant arrived in pristine condition with 5 healthy heads. I hope I can do it justice and keep it as healthy as Costa Farms did. I will purchase from them again!

Arrived almost a week early! Box was badly crushed, but the plant was very well packaged and was in good condition. Beautiful plant, exactly as described. I would recommend this company to others.

I'm so stoked! I love my new Ponytail Palm. It's so pretty and arrived healthy. I did buy a bigger (8 in) pot & some potting soil because the small one that arrived with the plant is really small.(The tin foil is to keep the cat from messing with it 😺) I'll take a picture of it in the bigger pot and upload it.

I ordered this late Thursday evening & received it the following Tuesday morning. Originally it was supposed to take a week, so was a few days early.Box arrived slightly banged up but the plant itself was in good condition (properly watered & appears healthy). The cosmetic pot (not the growers pot) has a chip in the bottom but that’s the extent of any damage.Overall give this a 4.8/5.0 - docking the .2 due to the chip in the pot.

plant arrived as scheduled - in good condition and looks nice although the first thing I noticed as I opened the package was funus gnats. fortunately since the weather is nice I choose to open it outdoors. I will leave it outdoors until I get control of the gnats in the soil.

It arrived as committed and was packed really well. We’ve had no issues and it is growing well. The soil was moist and the plant was contained in a sturdy box. I was skeptical about purchasing from a nursery and having it shipped. No problems!

Stars 4.5: The package carrying the Palm Bonsai was pretty banged up and the pottery as well as the plant was broken. Costa Farms refunded the cost immediately.
