This was a birthday present for a 9 year old. She loved that the colors changed - very cool. Great quality and "works" well.*Update: I was told that the paint chipped off a little here and there. Glass was hand washed.

I didn’t expect my glass to come at all because amazon alerted me that the package had been lost. It showed up after a few days & I’m really happy it came. It was really neat seeing the color change when I put cold liquid in the glass. Before any liquid is put in, the crest is kind of grayish, but as soon as you add cold liquid the color pops! Really cool for any Potter heads out there who like having a combination of practical & nerdy items around the house!

Great quality
The product was great !!! My daughter in law is going to love it.. just one small flaw it was not put on my front porch as requested they left it near my fence line and I was not happy about it...But over all it wasn't broken and I'm happy
