I have one of these knives. I'm more than a bit picky about my knives and my knives are pro sharpened for me. I'm highly impressed with how my knife holds it's edge and the person who sharpens my knives is highly impressed with the quality of the blade & steel. This is the knife I keep in my block and my husband gets to use. I have knives he's never seen. For that reason, when my son needed knives for his new home I specifically chose this brand and this set.Regardless of what the label says, yes these are dishwasher safe. Mine has been in my dishwasher about 3 times a week for 3-4 yrs. I think that is a standard label as those with color coating, the coating won't last.

I found these during one of Amazon's deal days and I am not disappointed. Sleek looking knife set, easy to assemble and display. Hand wash only which kind of sucks but I get it. Don't let them sit in the sink for too long (as directed) or else they start to rust quickly. Easy to sharpen.

I ordered these on sale, and they work great! I love that it comes with a pair of scissors and a sharpener! The only thing I don’t like about these is the handles feel on the cheaper side.

I got this set at a great price It is well built and has lasted. It is all well built. Blades came out of the box nicer sharp. It's a great addition to the kitchen

I bought these in December of 2022 and I’ve finally gotten enough use to write a review.ProsThey look nice. They do their job. The wood doesn’t have a weird smell. Water spots are easy to clean off if they occur. They lasted until Jan 2025. Comfortable to use. Mostly scratch resistant.ConsThey only lasted 3 years, I was hoping they’d last at least 5 if not longer. They rusted from the inside out and fell apart as I was handwashing them (they were not sitting in water and fully dried after every wash too). They also fall apart in the dishwasher on a normal wash cycle.Bottom line is, if you’re willing to replace them in a short while and are okay with them falling apart one by one weeks apart from each other due to rust from the inside out, then by all means go ahead and buy them! They were a gift for my boyfriend and we are springing for a new block set now for our home.

These knives are amazing. They are so sharp so be careful. I love this set.

They look awesome, they are sharp and cut well. BUT, they are getting small rust spots coming out of the dish washer.
