Awesome means to fine tune my car audio system!
Wow, this is an absolutely awesome means to fine tune a car audio system in my opinion! The unit was relatively simple to install and set up after watching the video in the listing. There are a ton of options to change the settings for crossover frequencies, the built-in 15 band graphic equalizer, filters, and more. I have only scratched the surface of the all the "tweaking" that this unit is capable of, but so far I have been able to greatly improve the sound of my system since it has been integrated. With that being said, this product earns my five star blessing and recommendation all the way!

Don't get that 7-band just yet.....
The media could not be loaded. 7 frequency trim pots vs like hundreds of possibilities per octave. Understand that this will take your system from good to stellar! Tweeters sounding like Cobra from GI Joe, tune it out? Mids try to act like subwoofers and failing at it miserably, tune it out. Wrong box size for your subwoofers, make adjustments down to the hz until you get that box producing on the frequencies that will compliment the set up until you get the right box. No app for this DSP though which is a major bummer. So your going to have to make sure you have everything set before you leave unless you don't mind this bulky device hanging out up front with you because it's mounting points are equivalent to that of a small amplifier. I still recommend this despite the fact that you can't mount it and adjust on the fly because there's no app.

It seems to do what it claims.
I got this for my son in law and in all honesty I don’t really know what it’s supposed to do. I asked him for his review and he was pretty short with his response. He said “it does everything I would expect it to with no hang up” I can assure you that coming from a man of very few words that is a rave review.

Pretty capable
I still have to get more time testing but it decided to get cold outside again, but so far it seems handy. I prefer my DSPs with nice fancy well-refined apps and Windows programs, but this is WAAAAY cheaper and less complicated, so certainly a better option for novices. I havent had the best luck with Stetsom stuff in the past though, so, hopefully it continues working well.
