The reason I didn't give 5 stars is that the handles close a few degrees past the 90 degree angle. They can be lined up at 90 degrees, but its a manual adjustment. Everything else about the product is 5 star.

Poor quality control and lack of customer service
I purchased two RUMOSE 8-inch Widespread Matte modern faucets for a master bath remodel. The style and appearance of these faucets were exactly what we were looking for, but upon installation, we discovered that both sets only have handles for the left side (hot water) of the sink. Amazon would not assist, citing that I missed the return window by one day. I also emailed the manufacturer but have yet to receive a response. I am very disappointed with the customer service from Amazon and the lack of response from the manufacturer. Not only do I need to purchase new faucets, but I also have to pay the plumber to return, remove these faucets, and install the replacements.
