Let me start off by saying I had never owned a sewing machine or embroidery machine in my LIFE!! But I have been really enjoying learning this machine! I will say I did do a lot of research prior to purchasing so this was very easy to set up! The machine ran really smoothly, little to no issues. I have been able to tension tests and the factory settings have been the one that’s been the best, no issues with thread breaks so far.. the screen is HUGE which truly helps when navigating setting up the design. I love the ability to have multiple hoop sizes for a variety of projects. I truly appreciate it coming with all the start materials needed to start immediately upon receiving it. I have been playing with it and so far it’s truly been a breeze to start. People made me so nervous about it because of the learning curve of embroidery but I’m telling you - I’m so glad I took the plunge. If you are new to embroidery, like myself, I highlyyyy recommend this machine for a beginner

The price point and large hoop size drew me in. Comparable with the big named brands were $800 to $1000 more. I watched videos and read the reviews and thought I would give it a chance. The machine is arrived super fast and literally took 10 minutes max from open to embroidering. I looked up and followed the Facebook videos for tutorials. I was immediately contacted by Kevin Xu with offers of help and support. As I went from project to project I was struggling with garbled stitching and nesting. Especially with satin stitches or when the stitching went over an area more than once. I contacted Kevin back and he helped me with videos and and chats back and forth. He was avaliable almost instant any time I messaged. I actually wondered if he ever slept. As he examined my machine over videos, he noticed that there was a clip on rhe housing that was broke throwing my tension off. He organized a machine exchange immediately no questions asked. The new machine was sent out with the request that once I received it to then send my current machine. To me that showed rgey were very trustworthy by extending trust to me. Due to the Christmas holiday it took 10 days to get my new machine. I was provided tracking numbers to watch the status. The machine was actually shipped within a 48 hour window from the invitation of the exchange. Kevin kept in touch checking in while I waited and then verified that I received it. He also had ne send pictures and videos to make sure the new machine was functioning well. I then had an option to drop the old machine at fedex or have them pick it up at my house. This new machine is absolutely amazing and the quality of the embroidery is outstanding. It is very user friendly. The customer service was way beyond my expectations. I hope as they grow bigger they keep that up because it really sets them apart. If you in question about buying this machine just do it! It's worth it!

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ – Amazing for a First Machine!I’m brand new to embroidery, and the Poolin 06 has been such a great first machine! It was easy to set up, the touchscreen is simple to use, and the built-in designs are beautiful. I made my first project within a couple of days, and the stitches came out neat and professional-looking. It feels sturdy, runs quietly, and makes learning embroidery fun instead of overwhelming. Highly recommend for beginners.

I am new to machine embroidery and chose this unit (EOC06) because it has the best choices of hoop sizes at a reasonable price point. After having owned this machine for about 6 months I can say there is quite a learning curve to embroidery opposed to regular machine sewing. Poolin has many youtube videos that are very helpful for getting started. Facebook has a Poolin users group that has been helpful as well.After having stitched about 15 designs overall I am happy with the results the machine produces.
