How do these compare against eneloops?

Eneloops are significantly better. Most people don't have the kind of charger which measures battery charge percentage, and then outputs the figure as a percentage. I do. When fully charged, I'm finding that their capacity drops to less than 30% if left unused for barely 3 weeks! So much for the claim of holding over 70% capacity if stored unused for 3 years. Eneloops by contrast are showing over 80% if left stored for longer than that! IF you would like to do your own comparison please get the Miboxer 3A charger. And I HTH!

Can i charge them in a fast charger

I use a fast charger with no problem. Remember a fast charger of one hour, means it will charge 1 battery in 1 hour, 4 batteries would take a lot longer to charge. but still quicker than an standard charger. Hope this helps.
