Wasnt sure this would work when i bought it, as I was previously using a hot water bag. It works great - and does exactly what it is supposed to do. You can walk around with it under your clothes and you can even fall asleep with it on. Very handy. Great value for money.I don't use the vibration feature.

I got extremely tired of running to the kitchen to heat up the infamous rice hot pack in the microwave. It always was at 11 PM. This thing is a life saver. With different settings and a timer, I can enjoy my late night shows and sleep. Totally a selfish move, but a move worth making. The adjustable strap makes it comfortable for any size. Heat is quick and comfortable (so I hear). Highly recommended.

I am a 33year old, 5’2” and 190lbs, mom of 2 who wears a size 14/16 (XL, depending on brand). I carry most of my weight in my lower belly, of course where I cramp. The heating pad works great, the vibration I could see it working for others, just not me. I would definitely recommend this to others that are a smaller size than I am. The strap that goes around you is extremely tight! I have it at the biggest setting and it is cutting into my hips/muffin top. I wish the strap was longer or an attachment to make the belt longer. I would have no issue purchasing the extender strap.

I highly recommend this unit.On max heat you get about 3 hours, and with how hot it gets I’m so happy for that much time. Ha 4 livelli di riscaldamento (anche se non vi è grandissima differenza) e 4 livelli di vibrazione (continui e a intervalli) tra loro indipendenti, cioè può essere usato solo il calore o solo la vibrazione o entrambi. C'è anche un timer a 1-2-3 ore (utile ad es. se si usa solo il calore prima di addormentarsi). Il materiale con cui è fatto è gradevole al tatto e l'elastico è regolabile e abbastanza spesso e resistente per assicurare una buona tenuta.Io ad esempio lo ho provato con la sola vibrazione per alleviare i muscoli lombari quando sto seduto per lavoro per molto tempo, oppure con il solo calore per quei dolori dovuti a colpi di freddo sul collo o sulle scapole: l'elastico regolabile permette di posizionarlo in diverse parti del corpo. Molto comoda la presa di ricarica USB-C.
