AC Installation and Product is really good
Installation of AC is very smooth, technicians are very professional and the product is very good performance, cooling size noise level is amazing. Value for Money

Godrej doesn't honor warrenty on 10 month old product.
AC worked well from May 2024 until now (10 months) where it stopped functioning entirely. The technician believed it was the PCB that went bad. 1 star review is for the company as they refuse to honor the warranty and want me to fix it out of pocket. They state that since I don't have a "slip" from the original brand technician you get when ordering from Amazon, they can't verify if he was an authorized by Godrej. I never received a "slip" during installation and even have a text from Godrej that the technician has serviced my appliance after it was installed. I have never received a "slip" from anyone before for my different AC units and know they are just cheating me. I took a chance with Godrej and completely regret it.If a company lacks sense and reason when it comes to warranty and customer support, they are worth nothing.

A great Air condition and working very great
Very great piece and working very effectively. It cover the Area of 600 CBF and collong very great. With in 30 minutes entire office is cooled and cover the all area.It silent and runs a like well oiled machines

Beware extra charges
The unit is good, however, do not bother with the instalation. They will find extra charges, which you will not be informed about until after they have installed it. If they drill a hole, it will cost extra. If you supply your own braket, they will charge you extra. If they supply a bracket, it will cost you extra. If they fill in the hole in the wall that they made, it will cost extra.
