I recently purchased the Godrej 1 Ton AC, and I’m extremely satisfied with its performance. It cools the room quickly and efficiently, even during peak summer heat. The energy efficiency is impressive, which helps in keeping the electricity bills in check. It operates quietly, ensuring a peaceful environment, especially at night.The build quality feels sturdy, and the sleek design blends well with my room’s décor. The remote is user-friendly with intuitive controls, and the additional features like the eco mode and sleep mode are really handy. Overall, it’s a great value for money, offering excellent cooling performance with energy efficiency. Highly recommended!

Product is good, but the services which I received from Amazon is Pathetic, Please dont order from Amazon, they are making false promises to u and it will never get fulfill.

Cooling : is good, But takes little time(120 sft room). Overall cooling is good.installation : not a good experience. Had to 2218 rupess. When booked it showed 1200 plus GST. But after delivery the installation charge increades to 1499+GST which came around 1750. even though we bought A/C stand I need to pay for the installation. I still did not understand why it is not covered in the installation charge, as if outdoor unit installation is not covered. No batteries are provided for the remote. No Drain pipe is provided inside the box. Remote is bit difficult to use.

The cooling efficiency is impressive; it cools my room in less than 10 minutes even during hot days. The energy efficiency is also good, as I’ve noticed a slight decrease in my electricity bill. The design is sleek and fits well in my living room. It’s a bit noisy when running on high mode, but it’s manageable. The remote is easy to use, and the sleep mode feature is perfect for nighttime use. Installation was hassle-free, and maintenance is simple. Overall, it’s a solid performer and worth the price!"

Terrible Experience with Godrej AC – Defective Unit & Zero SupportI purchased a Godrej Air Conditioner on 13th March 2025, and it turned out to be a huge mistake. From day one, the AC wasn’t cooling properly. A technician finally came after multiple complaints and confirmed a gas leakage inside the unit and said it was defective and unrepairable.It’s been over 40 days, and despite repeated follow-ups, Godrej has done absolutely nothing to replace the AC. No timeline, no proper communication – just false promises.I expected better from a reputed brand like Godrej, but this experience has been a nightmare. I would never recommend Godrej Appliances to anyone. Poor product, pathetic customer service, and no accountability.Stay away from Godrej ACs unless you want to waste your money and be ignored.

It's nearly a month only it's good ....hope it will be good in long run but installation charges 7300 is too high and unnecessary welding was not expected

Product is good. Cooling is great.My concern is, if you cannot give a whole feature, dont mention it.It says has Wifi, and sure it does have.But the wifi connectivity needs to be connected to the app by dojng remote combinations every alternate days otherwise it will not work.What is the use of wifi then if i have to reconnect again?I have another bluestar ac and its wifi feature is awesome.I can turn it on while returning to home without any issue.But with Godrej if I try, it always says AC not connected.Note : My wifi router is placed just beside Godrej AC
