I used this product for a month and didn't feel any effect from it but I'm hoping it helped with hormone balance and ovarian health. I've never taken myo-inositol supplements before. I did like that these vegan capsules were easy to take with water and there were no negative side effects.

Amazing, I haven’t been able to get my period back since getting off of birth control. I’ve been taking this product for only 3 days, and just got my period back. Definitely recommend!!

Based on the ingredients, I’d put Cycle Care from Bond, in the same category as supplements for stress reduction. It contains a a collection of amino acids and herbs that help with calming, relaxation and mood regulation, which in turn supports hormonal balance. It also has vitamins, minerals and probiotics to help round out areas where many people be deficient.Their website is very much focused on women’s health and wellness, which is probably why this supplement is marketed towards women, even though the ingredients should be safe for most adults. They also say a lot of the right things with regard to using clean ingredients as well as providing research and transparency. But they don’t offer any actual data. There’s no research articles, no certifications, etc. The packaging has other claims such as GMO-free, as well as a lot number and expiration date, but those don’t mean much in the absence of hard data. This is especially true when a company puts issues like health and transparency as focal points in their advertising. They should have even more incentive to back up their claims with substantive proof.As for how well the supplement actually works, I will say that it does help with making me feel more calm. I imagine the sedating ingredients like tryptophan and lemon balm do a lot of the heavy lifting in that respect, at least for me. I also don’t mind the taste. It reminds me of Strawberry Quick, with a stevia aftertaste.Overall, this is a nice blend of ingredients that promotes relaxation, which lowers cortisol, which in turn helps to balance hormones. The powder form is easy to take and has a fairly pleasant taste. But I wish time and again, that companies would put more effort into actually providing transparency rather than simply stating they’re transparent. I’m going to give Bond the benefit of the doubt, and increase their rating by a star, because I think they’re on the right track, and the product actually works.

Love this product so far! Going to take it for a few months to really get the full effect but so far it’s great. I like that it’s 3 capsules as most other brands are 4-6 so the less the better!

I have been testing this supplement the entire month and wow I have fallen absolute in love with this product! This is perfect for anyone you struggles to take pills, as this is a powder you mix into your water, which I love as this is perfect for everyone. For anyone wondering this tastes amazing, genuinely tastes like a diet lemonade you would find at a restaurant, which is why I look forward to taking this everyday as it feels like a fun drink to have for a midday pick me up but its actually an amazing formulation for our bodies. Throughout my time taking this I have definitely noticed a difference in my cycle. I tend to be on the more irregular side in the past each month I was always late by a week or 2 or even some months completely skipping my period. This has not been the case and this month I was only late by 2 days which is huge for me as I want consistently, and seem to have finally found it. I also had more minimal craps than I have had in the past. Overall the ingredients in this are amazing and it is incredible how many different areas this supplement targets at once! I have already recommended this product to everyone I know and am looking forward to continue taking it. Ladies, you need this now!

I have had some serious hormonal issues throughout my life, I’ve had PCOS symptoms but have not received the diagnosis. I’ve been taking the hormone balance by Ladywell and felt like it was working pretty well but when I found Bond products I was excited to see the positive reviews and felt like I could benefit from this product. I ordered this product as well as the Bond Myo & D-Chiro Inositol Capsules and started them after I finished my bottle of Ladywell hormone balance. First, it is lemonade flavored which isn’t too bad.. I would recommend using more than the suggested 8oz of water because it’s pretty difficult to get down like that, maybe try 12-16 oz water and make sure you get it mixed really well. Within 2 days of starting this product I started getting headaches, not really bad ones but dull, constant headaches. After about 10 days I decided to not take the Daily Balance for a couple of days and my headaches stopped. Thinking it was maybe a fluke, I started taking it again and the headaches started immediately. I don’t notice any issues with the Myo & D-Chiro Inositol Capsules but I cannot take the Daily Balance. I did not have this issue with Ladywell and actually felt like it was helping me with my energy levels so I will go back to that. (it’s also less expensive). If you are taking this product and are having frequent headaches, stop taking it!!
