The value, for the amount you have to use..
The amount you have to use to get a good lather is less then a nickle size, my hair is past my shoulders. I was really happy to see that, I feel it's such a great value for the money..It makes my hair feel really soft and I love how it makes my hair smell ..

If the seal seems to be broken, return the product immediately.
The shampoo I ordered came preopened and I noticed the broken seal rather late, while taking shower. The liquid in it was odd smelling and when mixed with water, it felt more like a strange conditioner than a shampoo. I had to shampoo my hair with a different product to get rid of this one. I've always used Aveda but this was nothing to do with the quality of their product. It felt more like someone deliberately replaced the Aveda Color Control Shampoo with some kind of nondiscript liquid ( stale conditioner?) and sent it to me.
