5’6”, 155lbs, Waist 30”, Hips 39”, I ordered a Large.These are your classic biker shorts with padding and it helps that it slims slightly. I made the mistake of going on the wonder weight loss shot without working out. So now I’m all flab with no a$$. This will give me the confidence to wear pants again while I take time to start lifting weights. There was adjusting to do, the butt pads have writing on it telling you “left,right” and which part goes “down”. The hip pads have no writing on it so I just adjusted to what looked the best. Each pad placement has its own pocket. Where the hip pad meets the butt pad I noticed they bunch up if not placed correctly. So make sure everything is properly adjusted before leaving out and after you use the bathroom. It does feel like foam because it is! If someone smacks your butt it will have a foamy thud sound. So make sure no one touches you unless you want them to know your secret. I probably won’t use the hip pads because I think it dramatizes the entire look, but I’m not entirely sure I’ll see how it goes. I mainly want this for jeans, leggings, cargo & yoga pants. Under a thin tight dress it might be visible so keep that in mind these aren’t seamless biker shorts. They look great on and don’t over pinch the thighs. They are very comfortable/stretchy and adds functionality to my wardrobe.

The way this made me look more feminine is crazy. My body shape is inverted triangle (broad shoulders, narrow waist, zero cake). I wore it with a bodycon dress and wow it was very comfortable. The padding isn’t too much, and the functionality was fantastic. I was definitely mobile in this, and everything stayed in place.

Looks very nice and did what it had to do but the padding does wrinkle up under the clothing which made it a bit noticeable

This is my first time buying enhancement shapewear and I'm sorely disappointed. It may be ridiculous to most people, but there's no instructions to know which pad goes where which pad goes on what side you can't really tell I changed him around and they all look like crap. I got a large and it is so tight it barely fit over my leg. I am 5'5"and I weigh 140. A large should fit according to the size chart but no it barely fits over my leg seriously I really needed this to work now I'm out of time to get something else. I bought based on all the fabulous reviews, but this definitely does not work for me. It's ridiculously difficult cheap quality as wellso I'm returning.

I finally have some hips! As someone with an inverted triangle slim genetics this is a blessing! It did not fit me too exaggerated very natural curves on me ( 5’0 180-190 lbs )Material is sturdy but does not squeeze or create fat rolls for me! Huge plus. the size says L

A bit extreme for me, but would be great for those who want extravagant proportions. A certain host of a reality show would love this shape. Unfortunately I think the pads pop out irregularly so unless I put on multiple hose over it, you're going to see the pads. But the pads are nice and soft, but durable. If the garment where the pockets hold pads were thicker, it would make it so the pads weren't visible, this would be 5 ⭐s

This is by far the BEST butt lifter I ever purchased PERIOD! Outstanding quality and SUPER comfortable. Wore it for 8+hours with no issues. Love that it enhances my curves/shape. No lines shown and no extra lace at the bottom which I can appreciate. My only small complaint is that it should had came with instructions for the padding inserts but I was able to figure it out. I definitely recommend and will be purchasing more.
