Great value - great product!
When I received the tracker I was pleased with the look and feel of it.Having being used to a FitBit for the past 7/8 years, the initial set-up was a bit more of a hassle than I expected from a Samsung product. Usually they are very simple and logical to use. This tracker came with the default language as Russian and there were no English instructions included in the box! Luckily, I was able to use my Samsung phone to translate the wording on the device screen.Unlike FitBit, where there is one app for device set up and connection, with the Galaxy Fit3 you have to have the Samsung Wear app and Samsung Health and go between the 2 for set up. Once set up, it is the Samsung Health app where you will find all your data. How the data is presented (at first) is a bit disappointing as it doesn't go into as much detail as the FitBit app. I also no longer use the auto-track setting as the workout information never seemed to transfer to the phone correctly, however, manually selecting the exercise via the app works well and auto-pauses / resumes workouts.I think if you just used the device to track your steps and for no other reason, you may be able to get the claimed 13 days battery life out of it but if, like me, you want it to give you your live heart rate, regularly track your steps and sleep, and give you phone notifications, you're looking at a battery life more in the region of 5-7 days, which is still good.On the whole, I am very pleased with my purchase - it just took some time to adjust from one brand to the next. Costing less than half of what I paid for my previous trackers, it by far surpasses them on value.I would definitely recommend for someone who likes to keep track of their daily steps, HR, sleep etc. Just don't expect the detail of a FitBit and you won't be disappointed. Also - if they gave the option to log weight in stone and pounds, I'd be even happier (only kgs and lbs available).

Really good value, wide range of statistics.
I've always gone for the expensive type of fitness watch, but felt I was paying for a lot of stuff I didn't use. This is perfect. More comfortable than my old watches, and for me it serves all my needs and more than the other. I monitor heart rate, blood oxygen, sleep, calories, steps, timed fitness sessions and love that I get messages too. Oh, and I also use it for telling the time. Very easy to set up for an oldie like me. So very glad I changed, saved myself at least a hundred pounds and have something better suited to my needs.

Affordable Quality Fitness Tracker
I've had the Galaxy Fit 3 just over a fortnight now and on the whole I'm really pleased with it.It has lots of functionality for the price point and it looks good on the wrist (I have small wrists and was concerned it would be too big - it's fine!). The display is good and there are SO many watch face options, so there's something to suit everyone's needs. It is also comfortable and I liked the silicone strap it comes with more than expected (although I do use stretchy fabric ones too).I've been a long time Fitbit user and purchased this to replace my Inspire 3 after the recent disastrous Fitbit app update. I love the fact that I can turn the Galaxy Fit 3 off easily when driving, so I don't rack up thousands of additional steps when I'm just sat down (I live rurally and drive down bumpy windy roads daily). This is a huge bugbear for me and one of the main issues with the Fitbit brand.I do think the Fit 3 does so much that it perhaps verges on feeling a bit... cluttered. There are loads of settings and features that I haven't touched and I often have to swipe around to various menus to find what I'm actually looking for as I can't remember where things are found (but that may just be an age thing). I love that the water lock is so easy to turn on and off. I always struggle to work out how to end a run/walk/workout as it's not intuitive to do. But that's a minor complaint really. The battery for me lasts 5 days max - nowhere near the 13 claimed... and that's with the AOD and other battery munching features turned off. I don't use any of the fancy sleep tracking features like blood oxygen and snore monitoring either. But it's fine having to charge every few days and it also charges pretty quickly. If you're not bothered about sleep tracking you could charge at night. For someone looking for a cheap and cheerful fitness tracker, with heaps of features (it does everything I want and more) then I'd 100% recommend the Fit 3.
