Very nice color and sturdy loveseat. Great value and the height is perfect. It's not to soft or too firm for me. The only thing is one of the cushions didn't expand very well out of the vacuumed bag so I had to do it myself. Other than that I'm happy.

I almost didn’t buy this couch due to the comments I read in reviews. I’m glad I wasn’t dissuaded because it’s a wonderful, strong, sturdy couch. Hope this review helps others who are considering buying the couch. I have no problem recommending the quality of this couch.I chose to write a review to clarify some of the reviews I read prior to purchasing this couch. The couch arrived today, a day early, and it was very easy to assemble. I’m in my 70s and I did it myself, without help. The directions were helpful.I noticed two concerns in past reviews, one is that the back of the couch didn’t look good. The other is that it’s not sturdy. I have lots of experience assembling furniture. An important part is, as the directions say, to NOT finish tightening one screw at a time; start one screw, tighten it loosely, then put in the next screw and do the same. When they are all in, then go around and tighten each one a bit more and go around again, tighten each one a bit more until they are all snug and resisting being turned more. Yes, go around and check the screws one more time for a final tightening, and tighten again if needed. My dad taught me this and it works well on anything being screwed together.If you already put together this couch and it feels wobbly or not sturdy, go back and check all the screws and check to be sure all the screws are securely tightened. (However, as the directions say, don’t over tighten the screws.) I’m sitting on the couch now and it is as solid as a rock, seriously, and I’m not a light weight.The first issue I mentioned above, about the back of the couch not looking good, well, the Velcro along the bottom edge of the cloth at the back of the couch is supposed to be attached to the black, cloth covered, bar across the bottom of the back of the couch! You may need to gently tug a bit for the fabric to relax enough for the Velcro to wrap around to the bottom of the black cloth covered bar at the bottom across the back. The result, a perfectly covered couch back!Hopes this helps. It’s a lovely couch.

To save someone from going through the headache I’m going through now having a couch and a loveseat I don’t want…. This product is very small and hard. If you want a couch for your office/ for not long sitting then it’s up to you but this item is definitely not for people that likes to lounge in their living room and enjoy a good movie. It looks like a toy, cushions didn’t get much bigger than when it was in the bag. I asked for a refund the seller was very strict about their warehouse not accepting items that are not in its original bags or flat etc. and they offer me a $50 refund out of the almost $500 I spent for both the couch and the loveseat. I DO NOT recommend. I’m so mad at this purchase, I am not satisfied.

I received the item today. It was delivered at the lobby of my building which means I had to drag it to the elevator and then into my apartment. It was straight forward to assemble and I was able to do it myself (25M). The gray couch is a very light grey with specks of white throughout making it rather light rather than a darker shade.The cushions seem to be outgassing. This is a huge no no as outgassing is essentially the emission of potentially carcinogenic chemicals. Seeing as we the counsumber are given no detailed information on the chemicals used in its construction I would highly advise against purchasing this if you have health problems or are older. If a scientist is reading this and can take a sample for mass spec that would be great. If these are out gassing formaldehyde for instance then the manufacture and distribution of this product is illegal.I opened some windows and have a fan going but for at least the last 5 hours it has not done a lot to alleviate the smell. I also washed the cushion covers thinking that would help and it probably reduced the smell by 10- 15%.Apart from a piece of furniture meant to sit and lay in being made with potentially cancer causing chemicals the couch isn't too bad. But this really is a predatory money saving maneuver which affects those with higher economic constraints than either Amazon or the profiters of this company posses. Stay vigilant all, and take care.A

A surprisingly large and comfortable chair in a small package and at a small price.

With a smaller, narrow sitting area to furnish, this couch fit the bill! Easy to assemble, cute and quaint…if quaint is a word that can be used to describe a couch! Pretty sturdy and moderately comfortable too for $250.update: after a yr and a half, still in really great shape! i’ve had other more costly couches where the cushions would have started feeling at least a lil used by now. but nope, still firm and comfy like the day we assembled! 🙌
