I have been taking these, they don't interact with any of my many medications. They don't leave any aftertaste if you belch. I'm 35 and I just think it's never too early to start thinking about this type of thing. If I can take something that might help, then I'm going to try it out at least once.

This is a very good quality flower pollen, 500 mg capsule, support supplement to aid in prostate health. As men get older, the prostate can become a problem for many. This flower pollen supplement can aid in urination making it easier to go and also reduce the frequency of the bathroom trips. That should make it easier for a prolonged, restful, uninterrupted night's sleep. Any time one can get quality, uninterrupted sleep is a blessing and this supplement just may be the key to providing that support. I really do think that it has helped me reduce my frequency and get a better night's sleep. A better night's rest is wonderful and makes for a far better day! This flower pollen supplement is also priced right making it very economical and inexpensive to take. Force Factor is also a very reputable company that you can trust.If you are having problems along these lines which we have discussed above, give this product a try!
