One of the best chairs I've had if not the......
I've had this chair for awhile now; long enough that it warrants a fair review. For reference I've been purchasing PC chairs for personal use since the early 90's and this has been one of the best of them. It's a daily driver and the padding is just as it was day one. It has a wide seat and I think that's what I didn't really care for initially but it has grown on me and probably what I like the most now. The pull-out foot rest has performed surprisingly good and doesn't feel gimmicky in the least. Now, IMO, you can definitely find a chair with a bit more padding in the seat for the same price if that is your primary need. I'm 5'8/ 172lbs and the padding has been more than sufficient. I've sat for hours at a time without once thinking I was sitting on an upside-down bucket at a construction site. It reclines nicely and has been the cause of many sessions of unexpected interior eyelid maintenance. The headrest makes my head feel like I was the backup driver for NASCAR and the previous driver had an Olmec head, but atleast it doesn't feel like my head is being pulled away from cellophane after reclining. It's got a big head area. The armrest have not needed any adjusting or tightening, etc. All the material has held up beyond my expectation; speaking from experience with previous chairs in the same price point. Look, It's been a great chair; it still looks and functions as new. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase again at this point.

Wonderful
I purchased me and my wife one of these chairs for our office. The chair is not hard to put together and is very comfortable. The ability to recline the chair back helps you relax and the extended foot rest is an added comfort as well. Great chair for those who work from home or spend a long time sitting at a desk. The chair looks good and has plenty of room for us larger framed people. Great value for this chair.

Comfortable but..
I've had this for a few months, and it works well. The design is nice, and the build quality seems good. My only negative is that the armrest padding is very limited and becomes uncomfortable after some time.

Really comfy
Shipping: 10/10 Came quicklyAssembly: Instructions for the most part were clear, As a 34yr old Female, I was able to put this together by myself in about 2 hours ( this is from moving the box inside to getting the chair into it's room with a personal phone call in the middle of it) The only part that gave me issues was adjusting the footrest so it was easy to pull out.-- The tools they give you to put the chair together are actually really good quality as well! and the organization of the nuts/screws is fantastic.Comfort: This chair is really comfortable, with it's size it leaves a lot of room to sit how you want to sit and adjust to your perfect position. My previous chair was the GTX Racing style chair so coming from that I did have to adjust to not having the pillow where my lower back is, but there is no downside to not having it. I used to get sore sitting in my old chair, my back would tighten up and strain-- In this chair i'm so comfortable I've found myself leaning back a little and passing out.Overall Rating:This chair is worth the price, It's super easy to put together by yourself, the company shipped it quickly, and it's extremely comfortable.10/10

Back does not hold right
Comfortable but does not hold straight. Keeps making popping noise and always has slouch in back. This is definitely not worth the money. Delayed to make response because I was so busy with school. Save your money it is not satisfactory quality if you care that the backrest actually holds its position.Update:The 2 I own have the same problem. Customer service does not help. They’ll send the wrong part. Parts are not interchangeable because screws are permanent after placed.

Keep looking
It's pretty good quality. Could be way better for price. The lack of stars is because of the horrible experience with purchasing this. I let my son pick and he chose a cheap one so I called Amazon and cancelled it, had to do a three way call with UPS and it was supposed to be canceled. It wasn't. It was sent from UPS back to Amazon. They messed up and put that it was an unauthorized purchase and refused to fix it. They even sent me emails saying that if I didn't provide my ID, they weren't going to refund the other chair that was under my Prime household account. It was my son's, who is a minor, as well as his Christmas money. I immediately sent the email to my bank, then called my bank. They told me not to provide ID. They sure didn't ask for it when this chair plus the $150 one was purchased. I ended up just providing my ID just because it had been a month and my son wanted his money back. I feel like they took advantage of my autistic son when he called them. They were rude to me so I can only imagine how rude they were to him. They still haven't removed their mistake from my long time account. I have to now sign for packages over a hundred dollars which I've never had to before. If I didn't own all Amazon devices, I would've canceled everything. I'm definitely moving to another brand name reading device. They are cheaper and you get both books and audible. I'm tired of being stuck. The chair could be more sturdy and have more cushion. The pull out is small. Don't go by the weight limit, it's not that big. I'm not sure it'd hold that weight. Definitely not the best but also I guess it could be worse but expected more for price. It wasn't worth it. Especially when I had to go through so much just for buying it. I definitely regret it and don't recommend it.
