Great customer service
Bike was a little difficult to put together but when we finally did we noticed the brake line was frayed. Something simple that could’ve happened to anyone but the rest of the bike was in good condition. I messaged the seller and they offered many options and then gave us a full refund. Super helpful and happy with the outcome

Great quality, too tall for 3 year old
This bike seems to be good quality for the price, but I am disappointed that it is too tall on the shortest seat setting for my 3 year old. He is 36 inches tall and the description says it is for 33-38 inches tall. He cannot touch the ground when sitting on the seat. I was hoping he could go straight to this after getting really good on his balance bike, but he probably wont be able to use it for another year.
