Cold pressed from the kernels of the Siberian Pine this is possibly the easiest supplement capsule I've had to swallow. It's tiny and round shaped. You barely feel it going down. The Siberian oil is rich in Omega 3 & 6, Vitamin E and Phospholipids. It has beneficial effects for the digestive system, skin, heart health and brain function. Another thing I like is that this product is organic and has no additives. This is something I look for in a dietary supplement. Overall I'm happy with this product. Recommended.

These tiny little gems and they do actually look like gems. The softgels are pefectly round and contain the oil in question which is a bright golden colour. The softgels are extremely small hence the high number per serving (5 softgels per serving) but even though there are so many they are still easy to take considering they are so small. There are 200 softgels which give you a 40 days supply. The softgels are wrapped in a bovine gelatin shell.

Apparently, studies in rats have suggested that it might help the liver clear LDL cholesterol from the blood. FIVE. Forget that. I hate taking one, but then I hate having to take pills at all. I don't know anyone that does. It's a rather expensive way to get your daily intake of Omega 6 / 7 / 9. My husband and I both tried them. We didn't burp up fish taste like you do with normal Omega pills so that was nice. We don't be ordering any more of this though. It's simply not worth the price for us.

Siberian Green Pine Nut Oil is a supplement I've been taking recently. It's made from pine nuts harvested in the Altai region of Siberia. The nice thing about this particular brand is that the oil is extracted using a cold-press method, rather than heating, which is supposed to preserve all the good stuff inside the nuts.The capsules, which are very small balls filled with the oil, are easy to swallow, and given their size, you could dose yourself by a fifth if you needed to. I haven't noticed any side effects while taking them, so that's good.It’s a shame that they have been supplied in a PET plastic bottle, where I would prefer a biodegradable container instead.

Quality product, tastes refreshing. I enjoy it over the winter months as it helps my immune system.
