Better than OEM
These went on easily and are more comfortable than the original. I like having fabric next to my skin instead of vinyl. Installation was kind of like putting on a bicycle tire; slide the "pocket" around one end of the plate, then stretch it around the other. I used a couple of guitar picks like tire irons so it wouldn't slip as I stretched it.
