Do I have to remove the shower pole to fit it or does it clip on

I didn't remove the shower pole but carefully pushed the soap dish onto the pole....saves a lot of time!

how do you make a warranty claim for this product within the 5 years period

I'm afraid I don't know but will be interested if you do find out as I have had 2 of these soap dishes and both have cracked and broken at the "collar" within the warranty period. Good luck. Roger

Is this supplied with a fitting for both a 22mm (as well as a 25mm) shower pole?

It's supplied with two fitting rings - I don't recall the sizes. Presumably one would fit normal showers.
