My husband had a hip replacement and these were perfect! The first days after surgery icing often was necessary. These packs were the right size and they were frozen quickly. A quality product!

These are great. They stay flexible. Stays cold enough for amount of time to use. I should have bought the much larger size for use on knee replacement.

The wraps I received were black and don't look like the picture. However, they do work well. I pair them with an Ace bandage and use them if I am having a problem with my knee or ankle. I have only used them as cold packs, but they work very well, if you only need to ice a small area, I use them often after sports, or if my knees or ankles are just bothering me from overuse and they work well to reduce inflammation and dull pain. I would recommend them. I have had them for a while with no problems. Also, they are fairly flexible. They would be too small to use on your back or shoulders though, get a ice belt for that.
