Love this stuff but hard to find locally

I really love this stuff. It's very easy to make deep fried battered chicken sandwiches that have a small kick to it. I make crispy chicken sliders for my grandson when he comes over and he cannot get enough.

My husband is obsessed with this for shrimp batter. I have tried many other batters and this is by far the best! I try to keep one on hand at all times!

The flovor was just meh. I couldnt get the chicken to look like the photo on the box. Very light colored batter. Tastes nothing like ANY popular fried chicken spot. Definitely not popeye's. I expected it to come out like the box or Churches fried chicken but a no. It was basic. If you cant cook in general and need to fry chicken for someone....this will do. But you aint winning no prizes lol

I love this product and will get it again. My wife said we can get it cheaper at our local supermarket. Trouble is they can't keep it in stock.
