The media could not be loaded. They were ready to use and equipped with batteries which was a nice surprise. The Bristles were soft and the shape of the Bristles help with getting in-between each tooth... quality was great. This was a great buy and it's perfect for sharing because it came with 2 colors purple and blue. After the first use we can tell a big difference how well it cleaned and even polished between each tooth and inside the mouth with the tongue and cheek cleaner on the backside of the toothbrush. It functions above and beyond what I expected. The head of the brush was perfect size for small to large mouths.

I was sceptical at first to purchase-I've used an electrical toothbrush for like 15 years. I love it -it's perfect. No need to charge - just throw or away when it stops working. No hassle or extra room needed. It's a refreshing change. Hope to stick to my new regime!

I love this toothbrush. It gets everything out of my teeth and seems to polish them well. The thickness of the head gives good coverage without being too big for my small mouth. Not noisy. Powerful and battery lasts well.

I love these toothbrushes. The battery lasts a long time. The bristles last a long time. When the vibration tones down I just replace the triple A battery and it’s back to the original speed. Great price too.

Keeps your teeth super clean. My dentist said it helped me because I did not have as much tartar buildup as usual this check up. It vibrates, but not as harshly as some toothbrushes do. If you have sensitive teeth, it was more comfortable than my sonic care was. The battery wore out on my previous one before the toothbrush itself showed any wear. I tried replacing the battery, but it would not work after the initial battery died.
