I have tried many other brands but this particular Shilajit really does works wondersAfter taking this regularly for about four days I certainly felt I had much more energy and less tired whichIs exactly what I was hoping for. Been taking these for over a month. My sleep is a lot better, but not sure of any other benefits

The media could not be loaded. I have been taking two of these daily for nearly two weeks and I can definitely see an improvement in my energy levels and my quality of sleep. I have enjoyed going out for walks with the increased energy I’ve felt which is good for my physical and mental health. I’m happy with this supplement

Would avoid this product. Much better out there. Check the label photos and ingredients list before buying… if you want Shilajit, buy resin from verified sources and add to black coffee or a hot drink (but make sure it’s not roasting as it kills some of the goodness inside it)
