Great stuff, found out about this about a month ago and already I can feel a difference from have it with my coffee once or twice a day, love the taste and smell and this is a great price!

It is a lot for the money, should last for quite a while. I don't know if is the placebo or I actually feel better but I think that I am better than I was before. Only time will tell

The media could not be loaded. Arrived pretty quickly and as expected a 250g bag. Within a few days. Bag seems to have enough to last for a while. I will use to flavour food in the frying pan to help create sauces in hot food. But also half a teaspoon in my morning coffee to kick start the day. For coffee I have noticed it settles as a sediment at the bottom, so I leave the spoon in and give it a spin before drinking. If you’re wondering, lion mane mushroom appears to have quite a bit written about it on search results. Some say it has health benefits, particularly brain and mental stimulation. It’s up to you to find out for yourself.Positives: organic, pure, no additives and colours etc. so you can avoid modern food junk! Flavour your food, drinks, coffee, shakes, purée cooking sauces, frappe and smoothies.Negatives: I can’t get the self seal bag to close. You will need to use a sealing clip, like I’ve used in the video. Or decant into a plastic tub.

Can’t tell if my brain has improved or regrown where the years of living and eating an drinking etc.. on this planet have shrunk it ,not really sure how to find that out either but I like the idea. Tastes like mushrooms so if you like mushrooms you’re in for a treat. :)

H&B sell this at 100g for nearly £30, this was 500g for less than £20. its my first time using this stuff so cant comment on quality but i dont have any complaints
