I think these are really worth the money! The straps are adjustable so it can fit comfortably around the areas you’re using them on. The batteries can be charged separated from the belt so I don’t have to leave the belts laying around. They’re pretty light weight so I can do other things around the house while wearing them. I can definitely feel the muscles contracting so I think it works great!

This is a very useful thing for me. Now I am actively working on my body, and trying to lose weight after giving birth, but unfortunately I don't have enough time for training, so this device is very convenient for me. When I play with my child or cook, clean, I can easily use this simulator, it works very actively on the muscles of my stomach and arms. These are my problem areas where it is very difficult for me to burn fat, but this simulator helps me a lot with this. I am very glad that I decided to buy it. My husband also uses this simulator before the gym, in order to prepare his muscles and body for active training. I recommend this simulator to anyone who wants to get their body in shape.

I have used this for a week now and it works great. It targets your muscles and allows you to workout your abs while doing other tasks, working, or just relaxing watching TV. You can feel your abs contract and can change modes/intensities as needed.Similar products have been around for years, but this is a much improved version. The older products were not as comfortable and required weird gels that you would have to wash off and clean every time you used it. This one just requires a water, which makes it so much easier and convenient to use. A small refillable spray bottle is included and works great.I am already in pretty decent shape, but I want to keep it that way. I do some cardio and pushup/pullups, but I sometimes lack the motivation for sit-ups, so this is a great substitute. It's much more versatile since you can wear it while doing other things. I would highly recommend this as a way to help tone muscles.

The belt is easy to use and lightweight.I do not give 5 stars for one reason: the short duration of the charge, I need to recharge too often for my taste... but apart from that all ok.

The spacing of the stim sections don’t hit the right spot.It doesn’t adjust.

I had to use this product for a few months before i left a review and i have to say this product is AMAZING. i use it a few times a week and i have seen the results i want to see
