These are the best Vitamin D supplement I have come across. They are small clear golden gels that appear attractive and are very easy to swallow. So easy, it is tempting to take more than the one a day prescription!!There are no absorption problems and no flavour. Normally I use hot drinks to soften gels but these are so small they go down with barely any water.The price was so reasonable when I bought them that I feared they might be on a short use-by date. But they had 18 months to run on a supply intended to last one year!I cannot recommend them highly enough and hope they are still around in two years when I need them again ( I bought two because they were so reasonable!).
