This gadget is great for managing oily skin and makes large pores appear smaller after the first use. Use it right out of the shower and prepare to be grossed out by the goopy crud from your pores. The media could not be loaded. I just received this item today and was looking forward to using this product based on the reviews, but what I received made me cringe. What arrived was clearly used. I opened the box and charged up the hand piece without looking over everything at that moment. It wasn’t until I washed my face this evening and got prepared to read the instructions/manual, (there wasn’t anything included inside the box other than the product) that I noticed there was a random blue scuff on the handle. That immediately made me question what condition of the item I received so I looked closer and noticed a black spot and hairs on the head that was haphazardly attached to the unit. The filters in the little bag had little black specs of something… Then I noticed one of the other heads was cracked. I’m sending this product back and have requested a refund. I can’t recommend this product so buy at your own risk. You MIGHT get a new one.

I JUST received. How do i use it? The only instructions are on the box and they make NO SENSE! The instructions are something to the effect of translation from Chinese I believe to English but the words make no sense you may have to enlarge the image but I need help how do you use this poor cleanser vacuum system?Ok, I gave it four stars because the instructions were NO help. However, under Amazon's AI Rufus???? i was able to get instructions.This Pore/Black Head, White Head remover is FANTASTIC! Number three (3) setting is VERY strong suction.JUST BE SURE TO SLIDE THE PORE IMPLEMENT IN SMALL CIRCLES AROUND YOUR FACE, DON'T TRY TO CONCENTRATE JUST ON ONE AREA, YOU WILL BRUISE.BE AWARE, YOUR FACE WILL BE REDDISH FROM USING THE SUCTION. SO MAYBE USE THE PORE IMPLEMENT A FEW HOURS BEFORE LEAVING YOUR HOUSE.It works great, really 4.5 - just because the instructions were lousy.HELP!

So, full disclosure: I ordered this thing and really didn't have high expectations for it. I clean my face every day, but my pores always look huge on my chin, my nose, and in between my eyebrows. Those areas also tend to try and hold make up. Well, this evening I used this thing on the mentioned places and HOLY COW!! I've never felt my face this clean and the pores on my face where I used it, are practically microscopic!! See pic on review. I took that within 3 minutes of using it. I really thought nothing could suck more than my ex's personality, but this thing...THIS glorious device, is nothing short of magical. I WILL say, though, that unless you want your skin to look like a love-crazed teenager after an intense make out session (hickey marks) do NOT leave it on your skin for very long. Make sure to do a sweeping motion across your skin's surface and move to the next area before going back over any particular area more than once. Luckily, I didn't have this issue, but once I saw how red my face was after just one sweep, I can only imagine what it would look like if someone let it sit in one spot for longer than a second. The device has three power levels:Level 1: Politely posts an eviction notice on the outside of your pores for whatever is inside them.Level 2: Calls in the Sheriff for reinforcements and he brings handcuffs. The inhabitants of the pores are pulled out and allowed to bring their snacks with them.Level 3: Releases the wrath of the suction Gods and the pore's inhabitants are yanked without getting to put the clothes on or gather their things. If you listen closely, you can hear their tiny screams as they get yanked out of their hiding holes.If you want smaller pores and smoother skin, BUY THIS!!! Give... them... your... money!

Ok so, theyre were so many typos on the box and in the instructions that it was slightly hard to read. but i like the color, i like the suction power it got a lot of sebum and dead skin out of my face. the suction is better after charging. My complaint, and for this being the cheapest i could find with reviews i dont really mind because it still works, but the top part of it came loose after first use which to me says it was put together poorly or whatever and was detached by the pulling of the suction on my skin, but it still works🤷🏻‍♀️ my skin is not sensitive, i do not bruise easily, but i still tested it on my hand beforehand. This wont remove deep blemishes and please please dont put it on cystic acne i accidentally rolled over a large cyst on my temple i forgot about and it hurt SO BAD because its too deep for this to do anything but pull on it. it also smells like the way cheap plastic smells like the chemical smell, i didnt care because again its super cheap. its fine until i have the money for something better
