My wife truly loves her miracle cream, best product she has ever used! The dissatisfaction we experienced is with the shipping; our order got within 50 miles of our home in maine and then got shipped clear out west, after waiting for over a week I called amazon and explained my concern and after a few emails and phone calls they finally made things right.
