Nice a strong piece of kit with robust catches. I feel confident in the bands unlike some other brands I've tried. The bar is good, could do with being a little longer and the bands are too long for dead lifts etc to be effective below the knee. The foot straps are a great addition and the handles wide enough to prevent chaffing of the knuckles. I would recommend this set

Really good bit of kit for my home workouts, would be nice if the hand and foot straps were individual, combining them like this I find just makes the length between the floor and the bar marginally too long to hold tension in a squat all the way down

This bar is crazy amazing, it fits in a small drawer once is dismantled and the amount of good weight the bands have is good enough for a good workout. Totally recommended for home workouts.

£34.39 at time of purchase April 2025Nice tube bands and bar. Unfortunately the straps wouldn't hold where they were set and kept slipping make the exercises difficult to perform.These would have been a staple part of my fitness equipment if not for that fault.

Excellent quality product.

This is really handy for any in house gym. I got this for our garage we converted into a gym. It comes with a set of 3 bands (light to hard), a bar, two straps to attach the bar to the bands, and two straps for your feet. It also comes with a card for workout ideas.Unfortunately, I'm too small for some of the exercises, for example squats - you put the bar on your back, your feet in the straps and squat, the idea is that the band stretches and you feel the pressure in your legs - but the band didn't stretch because I'm too small (5ft 2). I was going to give it 3 stars for that, but to be fair the listing does say for Men so I'd say this isn't too great for small women / or small men.I still use it for shoulder exercises, and donkey kicks - as those you pull the bar as far as you want to and that works.I hope that all made sense, it's a great idea, just wish they did it a little shorter for little people like me.
