Be sure to get this brand with capsaicin which is pepper which is warming
This subsides my knee pain over 24 hours. I ordered these more expensive than others but has capsaicin which is pepper. This pepper in nature used here is very warming and appealing. I wear it in the shower and with hot water the heat intensifies. I really love these patches. I have to pry them off. Shave area first. Place around kneecap area.

Did not cause any irritation or allergy or any issues like that, which was good, and it definitely stayed on and in place, no issues with that either. Maybe the people who complained about it not staying put sweated a lot or tried to put it on damp skin? Mine stayed in place the entire day, a good 8/9 hours or so. It did not give complete pain relief however, and only minimal at best. I was hoping for a better reaction but I guess I will take a little as its better than none at all.

DID NOT STICK TO SKIN EVEN 30 MINS SITTING DOWN - NO REFUND GIVEN
this product did not stay stuck to my skin for even 30 minutes and i was sitting DOWN with knee out straight. when i tried to return the product it would not let me (i guess because i used one). I'm extremely disappointed that i even tried it. totally waste of money. i've been having bad knee pain and was hoping this would help me. and the fact that they do NOT give money back and i only used 1 is horribe.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:A friend told me about these patches for her knee pain so I thought I would give these patches a try and man I’m so glad that I did. It takes care of my pain unbelievably good.

Nice option between ice and pain cream
I’ve been using these patches after my evening walks. They’re easy to apply, stay on well, and I like that they don’t have that messy residue like some creams. I noticed my knee feels less swollen by the time I go to bed.
