Great speaker, pretty good GPS
Let me start with the only negative comment I have for this GPS speaker: I did not see anywhere in the description that to use this as a GPS, you must have an app running on your phone. Had I wanted to use my phone as a GPS, I already have two apps that do that. And of course, having an app open is a battery drain I did not account for.So, with that out of the way, this is a fine speaker, and an above average GPS. Twice in My first four rounds, I had a difference of over ten yards when compared to other player's GPS. With the watch GPS this replaced, I can't recall a difference of more than a yard or two. The display is fantastic, and us easy to read. I miss the "portability" of my watch GPS - If I grab a club and walk away from the cart to be ready to play my shot, I don't have the luxury of checking my wrist for a precise yardage. This was an aspect I had not considered when I purchased, but it isn't the unit's fault - it was designed to stay with the cart.I have not used any of the advanced features like tracking distances, although at least for now I am entering my hole by hole scores. It seems to me that using the additional features would take a bit of time per hole, and our group plays quite fast. I don't want electronics to slow the group down. But frankly, that could be simply an old man problem. The last thing to consider is that if you carry this in your bag, it's quite a bit of extra weight. Again, it's not a negative, but something a buyer should be aware of before purchase.

Great gift for a golfer
Purchased for my husband for Father’s Day. What a great buy. This thing is so cool! A speaker and range finder in one! It has a strong magnet that attaches to the golf cart for easy visibility while golfing. The speaker is high quality as it can get extremely loud if desired. We use the speaker for our boat as well. I will say it has slipped into the water briefly and did no damage at all. It also comes with the ability to download the app with all courses in the country with a subscription fee, which I believe was $99 for 3-years. Ladies, if your man is a golfer, buy it, hands down he will love it! Functionality:Overall great!Sound quality:10/10 sound quality Battery life:We full charge this bad boy and it is good for days!

Easy to sync and use - and works great!
My husband loves this! He was able to sync it to his phone and use this golfing THE day he received it! He and our son both had great things to say! This will be a great birthday gift for our older sons later this year!

Best Golf speaker available!!
Do you golf? want someing to track you distance to the hole? This great bluetooth specker track my distance to the hole, keeps my scoore and plays me some great music. The set up was very easy as well. We can connect it to more then one phone so that make the DJing simple. If is very durable and it attached to you golf cart with ease. If you don't own one yet order it now... It will change your game. Youu wont be a better golfer but you will have more fun.

Tons of functionality!
My boyfriend loves this! Bought it for him for the golf feature but he also uses it often as a blue tooth feature to listen to music. Magnetic so sticks to metal and can stay out of the way of water or kids messing with it.

Excellent sound quality but beware of app
Be very careful on the app you download make sure it's the correct one as there's two that are very close one actually took over my phone and cause the lock up couldn't delete the app or reset the phone. Blue t displays is the wrong app do not I repeat do not download it'll hijack your phone.Speakers and sound is great GPS is very good although it advertise that it shows water hazards which I did not see.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Husband had been asking for this. Bought it for Father’s day, he takes it with him every time he goes golfing.

Decent Speaker, Not a stand alone GPS unit. Read the fine print carefully.
Why did you pick this product vs others?:****Update****Do not buy this POS. It's bad enough you need an app which uses your phone to give GPS capabilities. But if you can't login to the app because of a spotty Internet connection you can't use the device for GPS. A total rip off and dumb design. If it wasn't outside the return window I'd be sending it back and getting something different.I first chose this for the combo speaker and GPS. But I was fooled by the marketing, nice job Blue Tees marketing team. **** Beware this is not a stand alone GPS product ****Functionality:Nearly useless as a GPS unit because it has no resident GPS antennas or hardware it relies on your phone. Even my old $89 Swami unit had the capability resident and for the money it costs for this unit it is ridiculous that it doesn't have that capability. The speaker is marginal at best my $24 Anker speaker works just as well. The GPS requires your phone location services to work and has to connect through their app which has annoying adds and is buggy. The speaker ran down on me and after that the app would not display the yardages on the speaker/screen. I had to remove, reinstall and setup everything all over to get it to work. Half the time the yardages won't update on the speaker screen unless you open your phone. In addition, the hole detection in the software is way too sensitive. Make sure you don't hit in another fairway on accident otherwise the unit will switch and give you the wrong yardages.Durability:Can't say, I've only used it a few rounds. So, far no scratches or issues, but I am really careful with the unit.Bluetooth connectivity:When using the unit as a just a speaker it seems to do well. The main purpose for the unit is GPS and it is marginal at best for that use due to the buggy app.Look:Aesthetically niceSound quality:Decent quality sounds heavier on bass than most units. Accuracy:The accuracy of the unit depends on your phone since the unit does not have any GPS capabilities on it's on.
