Very cool!
I had to replace the original order because the suction was weak and the water never stayed in the reserve. After getting the replacement, I found this works well! We love it

Fantastic
Absolutely love this!!!Just got it today and it's perfect!!!My cat was constantly trying to get into my water while I was painting. She doesn't bother this one. And it works great!!Update. The lid is impossible to get off!! That's crazy. But my husband got it off. Make SURE there's no water around the the inside of the bottle or the lid. And barely push it on. DON'T push it really hard!! Barely put the lid on and you'll get it off easily next time.

A game changer for me, but it could be better
I bought this to speed up brush cleaning with watercolor paint. Switching colors is fast and easy and the draining reservoir always has a fresh fill of clean water. I didn't have the "always-draining" problem that others have reported, but there are things about this product that could be improved.First, the built-in brush holder is a great idea, but when you hit the button to change the water in the reservoir, some of the paint water winds up in the separate compartment where the brush handles go. Then you pull a brush out and the end is wet and dripping. The drain plug won't drain that area, so the top has to come off and the body has to be tipped over to drain it.Second, the bottle has a thread to it but the top doesn't. That results in the cap being very difficult to remove to refill it.Third, After time, residual paint from swishing and cleaning brushes will stain the sides of the reservoir. It seems to stay on the plastic and doesn't contaminate the brush cleaning process, but it bothered me. I had to use 91% alcohol to clean the reservoir on occasion. This product made switching colors so much faster and easier. Despite its shortcomings, I'm glad I bought it. It's a solid 4 stars for me, and it would have been an easy 5 if not for the above listed issues.

Great idea, not-so-great execution
I like the water-flushing function. The bottom compartment is sectioned to keep brush handles from the dirty water, but the compartments are not watertight and the brush handles are always wet. The plug/drain feature doesn’t apply as you will need to remove the top and physically empty it. Would love to refill the water bottle but the top absolutely Will. Not. come off after filling. The plastic threads between bottle and lid either don’t exist or exist badly. I’m sad. I’ll look for a higher quality version, I really wanted this to work. As it is, I will now need to punch a hole in the bottom of the bottle to refill it (and always store it upside down? no thx)

awesome
My daughter absolutely loved this paintbrush washer. And it's perfect for me as a mom - everything is cleaner with it. It doesn't leak and there is always fresh water for the brush. Very easy to assemble, even though my 5-year old still needs help with putting the bottle up.

Great idea, not so great design
I was excited to find this for being able to easily clean my brushes while painting because it clears the water as you go, amazing idea and concept. However the bottle that you refill with water for the system is a terribly poor design. It screws off and on AND also has a very tight rubber seal (so the water doesn’t leak out when turning it upset down onto the system, of course that makes sense) HOWEVER, I now cannot unscrew the lid on that bottle for the life of me in order to fill it with water to use it for only a second time. I’ve ripped my hand apart trying to open it and it should just be a simple unscrew of the lid. It’s not. Now not usable because I cannot take off the lid to fill the water bottle. So now back to just using a plain old cup of water the old fashioned way. Parents, definitely beware, children will not be able to use this / refill it on their own or without the jaws of life to take off the cap lol

Good, not fancy
Bought this for my 10 year old who loves to paint and do other arts and crafts. Its a very neat concept and it works okay I guess. For the price I didnt expect much but you can tell it isnt of high quality. The lid on the water bottle is very hard to take off to where sometimes I cant even get it but Dad to the rescue. It isnt a shiny plastic, its matte, so paints do get stuck and stained onto the paint tray. I cant seem to get them off but that was also expected. Its good if you arent looking for anything fancy.
